Today, Saturday, January 19, 2013, I do hereby declare that I am making my Christmas presents for the year. Oh yes, I am. This weekend, I want to finish a couple of projects that have been lingering for far too long, and then it’s on to list making and crafting!

I’d like to say I’m only going to use supplies I have, and I will try, but I’m sure somewhere along the way I will HAVE to buy a skein of yarn or twelve.

My intent is to actually start my gifts early, so I’m not frantically trying to finish something at midnight on December 23rd. Not that I’ve done that before….

My friends and family shouldn’t worry. Nobody will be getting any crocheted hangers or anything that looks like I found it on Regretsy

I gave a brief moment of thought to posting some of the things I have knit as gifts in the past, but I may recycle some of the patterns and don’t want to give any clues as to what people may be receiving. It’s time to get my yarn balled and my sticks in gear. I’m ready to go!
