I stayed up way too late last night watching the Grammy’s and my brain is not functioning yet. I’m about to start mainlining coffee, but to avoid posting a rambling, over caffeinated, what the hell post, I am pulling inspiration from Mama Kat and her Pretty Much World Famous Writer’s Workshop.

Today’s writing prompt is….Inspired by Pinterest.

I have said before how much I adore Pinterest and I’ll say it again. I find the most inspiring, funniest, weirdest, most creative, horrifying things over there. Usually not at the same time. Usually.

First of all, I pin a lot of food and recipes that I fully intend to make one day. At this point, I would have to cook 3 meals a day for the next 165 years to try them all. However, I’m clean eating these days, and this popped up for me today. I’m going to make it Thursday. If it doesn’t kill me, I might post about it Friday.

When I’m not pinning food, I like to wander over to the humor board. I could just scroll and refresh all day long. I wish I could share my whole El Oh El board here, but I can’t. These make me giggle over and over.

It’s not all food and funnies though. Pinterest is an endless library of exercise tips and techniques, books, house decorating ideas, and craft how tos. In fact, I think I’ll go pin a few things right now.
